2. User Accounts & Identity Verification
- Candidates and Partner Entities must register and provide accurate, verifiable identity details.
- Users are strictly responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and security.
- Impersonation, fraudulent identity submission, or sharing exam login credentials is strictly prohibited and results in immediate disqualification and revocation of certificates.
3. Acceptable Use & Exam Integrity
All candidates must adhere to rigorous exam integrity standards during testing sessions:
- Proctoring monitors must remain unobstructed during speaking, listening, reading, and writing modules.
- Unauthorized aids, third-party assistance, automated text generation, or tampering with browser environments is prohibited.
- IALTS.ai reserves the right to review proctoring telemetry and cancel any test attempt deemed irregular.
4. AI & Educational Scoring Disclaimer
IALTS.ai employs artificial intelligence to analyze syntax, semantics, pronunciation, and lexical richness. Scores are issued based on CEFR standards and calibrated testing criteria. While our systems achieve up to 98% correlation with certified human examiners, test takers acknowledge that system evaluations are final for each completed session.
5. Certifications & Unified Digital Registry
Official IALTS.ai certificates are recorded on the Unified Digital Registry with a unique credential ID and verification QR code. Third parties may verify credentials at https://www.ialts.ai. IALTS.ai reserves the right to revoke certificates if malpractice or identity deception is discovered post-issuance.
6. Intellectual Property
All curriculum, audio passages, test questions, software, algorithms, trademarks, and logos are the exclusive property of IALTS.ai or its licensing partners. Unlawful copying, scraping, recording, or distribution of test materials is strictly prohibited.

All formal requests, support inquiries, and inquiries regarding certifications are handled via the in-platform Resolution Center ticketing system or via email at info@ialts.ai.
